Commercialisation Financing

Commercialisation Financing is available to clients that are seeking funds to commercialise their intellectual property rights.

Commercialistion Financing does not require any previous operating history, i.e. it is forward looking.  We are unlike banks and other lenders as we consider the future prospects of our clients based on the attractiveness of their sales/offtake agreements (without regard to past profitability) to demonstrate loan serviceability.  We are unlike venture capital equity as we are lenders, so clients do not dilute their equity base.

Typical loan terms are:

• Minimum loan amount of $3 million and up to $20 million

• Term of between 12 months to 5 years

• Secured by all assets, including IP and sale/offtake contracts

• Available as a single drawdown or multiple drawings
